THE RENOVATION OF THE BRITO FREIRE PALACE

Many are unaware of the name of the building that houses Café LUSO: Palácio Brito Freire.

This grandiose pre-Pombaline building, prior to the devastating earthquake of 1755, is being rehabilitated by the Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Lisbon, owner of the property where the Café LUSO, Fado & Food Group, is located.

We will reveal more about the new life of the Brito Freire Palace, which will continue to coexist harmoniously with the ancient Café LUSO.
