On December 20th, Coliseu dos Recreios, Camané and Mário Laginha present the album “Aqui está-se sossegado”, which includes five unpublished themes. Once again, the aristocratic aspect of fado is recovered, when interpreted in the halls of the 19th century.

The singer goes back to singing Marceneiro’s repertoire, recorded poems from the epic Luís Vaz de Camões and several famous poets, David Mourão-Ferreira, Alain Oulman, Manuela de Freitas, Maria do Rosário Pedreira, Fernando Pessoa, among others.

Mário Laginha’s piano arrangements, without any intention of replacing traditional guitars, coat and enhance the beauty of the chosen poems.
